ReplyAll and Bucketlistt.com Raise Rs. 9.7 crore and Rs. 7.6 Crore Respectively – What the Startups Plan Next

Two young Indian startups are raising money to grow in very different markets. Bengaluru-based clothing brand ReplyAll has secured Rs. 9.7 crore, while travel experiences platform Bucketlistt.com has raised Rs. 7.6 crore in a seed round.
The funding will support fabric research and new clothing lines at ReplyAll, and technology development and expansion into more destinations at Bucketlistt.com.
ReplyAll raises Rs. 9.7 crore for everyday performance wear
Founded in 2025 by Rushabh Sanghavi, ReplyAll makes clothing designed to work across everyday settings such as commuting, the office and travel. Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII led its Rs. 9.7 crore funding round. Other participants included ISV, Long View Ventures, existing investors Sparrow and Antler, and angel investors.
The company plans to put the money into fabric research, product design, new categories and a stronger retail presence. Its products include tees and trousers made with materials designed for features such as heat management, stretch and wrinkle resistance.
That focus sets ReplyAll apart from brands that compete mainly through styles, prices or sportswear ranges. The company is betting that customers will value clothes that are comfortable and functional through a busy day. It has reported that repeat buyers account for 40% of its revenue, though detailed sales figures have not been disclosed.
Bucketlistt.com raises Rs. 7.6 crore to expand travel experiences
Ahmedabad-based Bucketlistt.com was founded in 2025 by Shubham Makhecha, Nitant Desai and Divyam Shah. It helps travellers discover and book activities, from outdoor adventures to cultural experiences.
Kairon Capital led the Rs. 7.6 crore seed round, with participation from Titan Capital, Divisa Family Office and Kunal Popat. The startup plans to improve its technology, add more activity providers and expand beyond Rishikesh, beginning with Manali and Bir.
Bucketlistt.com also runs OkGhumo, a tool for local experience operators to manage bookings, availability and payments. For example, an adventure activity provider could use it to keep track of open booking slots instead of relying on calls and spreadsheets.
The company operates in a competitive space that includes global booking platforms such as Klook, GetYourGuide and Viator, as well as Indian player Alyve. Its challenge will be to build a reliable network of local providers while attracting enough travellers to each destination.
What the funding could help them achieve
Both companies are using early-stage funding to build their foundations. ReplyAll is investing in products and materials; Bucketlistt.com is working on its platform and expanding its supply of local activities.
For customers, the results could mean more clothing options designed for varied routines and more activities available to book online. The next test is whether both startups can turn their plans into steady customer demand and repeat business.
