Zenergize Technologies has raised $4 million in a Pre-Series A funding round led by Giraffe Studios. The round included a mix of equity and venture debt, with participation from several industrial entrepreneurs and angel investors.

The Gurugram-based deep-tech startup is building power electronics products for India’s clean energy and electric mobility market. In simple words, it makes EV chargers, solar inverters and related systems that help manage and convert electricity more efficiently.
