Homegrown fashion brand Theater has raised Rs. 56.25 crore in a Series A funding round led by Niveshaay. The company’s post-funding valuation is estimated at around Rs. 402 crore, based on public filings.

Theater was founded in 2021 by Sarthak Aggarwal, Karan Jain, Vikram Jain, and Shruti Aggarwal.

It is a digital-first fashion and lifestyle brand selling footwear, bags, stockings, socks, perfumes, and accessories.

The company is built around design-led products positioned above basic mass-market choices, while remaining more affordable than luxury labels. Its products are sold through its own online platform and other digital channels.
